Strolling the paths at the Meadows in Cape May, New Jersey, one morning I spotted this Eastern Kingbird, Tyrannus tyrannus, with a dragonfly. The Eastern Kingbird is a common flycatcher throughout our region, easily identified by the white band at the end of the tail.
